Pantomographic X-ray
A tooth it's like with an iceberg - we see the top of it, without seeing what's hiding below the surface. Accurate diagnosis allows us to avoid a collision with this mountain and to detect worrying symptoms before they even give you a glimpse.

SERVICE
About dental x-rays
We provide panoramic dental X-rays for our patients, as well as periapical (point) X-rays of individual teeth. Our state-of-the-art equipment also allows for Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), which is exceptionally valuable in diagnosing complex cases. Both standard X-rays and CBCT scans are not only essential diagnostic tools for dentists but also serve as a unique keepsake for patients, allowing them to keep images of their smile from a slightly different perspective 😉
Thanks to digital technology, X-ray radiation exposure has been reduced to an absolute minimum.
OUR PRINCIPLES
In the x-ray laboratory
we use
Pantomographic X-ray
A pantomographic photograph of the teeth, taken with this equipment, provides a panoramic view of the oral structures.
Photo of a single tooth
The apparatus we use also allows us to take periapical X-ray of individual teeth.
Dental Computed Tomography (CBCT)
CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is an advanced imaging technique that provides three-dimensional images of oral structures, allowing for a more detailed analysis. It is particularly useful in diagnostically complex cases, such as implant planning or detailed anatomical analysis.

Dental X-rays are used to diagnose a wide range of oral health issues, such as cavities (tooth decay), infections, inflammation, periodontal diseases, and injuries. They are also essential for dental treatment planning, including procedures such as dental implant placement or tooth extractions.
Yes, dental X-rays are relatively safe, especially when performed according to proper procedures using minimal radiation doses. The dosage is strictly controlled to minimize patient exposure.
The risk of harmful effects is minimal. However, for certain groups of patients, such as pregnant women, it is necessary to limit radiation exposure. Therefore, it is crucial to inform the medical staff if you are or might be pregnant.
CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is an advanced imaging technique that provides three-dimensional images of oral structures, allowing for a much more detailed analysis. It is particularly useful in diagnostically complex cases, such as implant planning or anatomical analysis during root canal treatment.
In most cases, no special preparation is required. However, it is important to inform the medical staff about any relevant medical facts and potential pregnancy.
No, dental X-rays are painless and non-invasive. The patient may only feel slight discomfort related to the placement of the sensor or film inside the mouth.
